John Morrey | Owner
Known for his generous spirit, approachable personality, and deep product knowledge, John’s leadership has been a driving force behind the company’s enduring success. His commitment to both the business and the community has earned him a reputation as a trusted figure in the industry, making Morrey Distributing Company a cornerstone of the Sparks, Nevada area.

TJ Morrey | Sales Manager
TJ Morrey is a proud son, husband, and father of two boys, with a heart rooted in Nevada. Born under the adventurous Sagittarius sign in 1986, TJ was raised in the stunning city of Reno, where he was a proud member of the Reno Huskies, class of 2005. A true Wolf Pack fan, he earned his Business Management degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, always carrying the school’s spirit and pride with him.
Working at Morrey Distributing Company, TJ blends his work ethic and sense of humor in a style that’s a unique mix of Tommy Boy and Billy Madison—down-to-earth, easygoing, and always ready to get things done with a smile. Family, community, and staying true to himself are his guiding principles.
Whether running the family business or spending time with his boys and wife, TJ embodies the values of hard work and loyalty. His favorite motto? “For Grampa Joe and Dad. Live your life to the foam.” It's a reminder to embrace life’s simple joys, like sharing a cold one with those who matter most.

Mike Lannom | General Manager
After honing his expertise in key account management, Mike moved into the Sales Manager role, where he played a key role in driving growth for the company. In February 2020, Mike was promoted to General Manager, where he continues to lead with vision, fostering a culture of teamwork and success.
Mike lived and worked in Boise, Idaho from 1993 to 2000 before relocating to Nevada, where he continues to contribute to the success of Morrey Distributing Company. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife Tara and their children: Tiana, Josie, Troy, and Luke. His hobbies include golf, hunting, and spending time outdoors. When it comes to unwinding, his beverage of choice is a cold Michelob Ultra.

Lori Banks | Controller
Lori began her career with Morrey Distributing Company in 1992, initially working in promotions before transitioning to a full-time office role in 1994. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience, spending 15 years as the Accounts Payable Specialist and 14 years as the Assistant Controller under the mentorship of Jerry Echevarria, the company's former Controller. Following Jerry's retirement in 2022, Lori was promoted to Controller, bringing with her 30 years of accounting experience.
In addition to her role in accounting, Lori is responsible for overseeing Payroll and Human Resources. Her expertise was further enhanced when she earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2021. Throughout her tenure, Lori has demonstrated a strong commitment to the growth and success of Morrey Distributing Company, consistently contributing her wealth of knowledge and leadership in various capacities.
Lori and her husband, Les, share four kids - Brett, Haley, Don Michael, and Gia. When not hard at work, her hobbies are MLB baseball games and music festivals. Lori’s Favorite beer is Bud Light 16oz. aluminum bottles.

Lane Mitchell | Sales Manager
Lane Mitchell began his career with Morrey Distributing Company in 2006 as a Draft Technician, where he quickly developed a strong foundation in the industry. After three years in On-Premise sales, he transitioned to casino sales and special events in 2013, gaining valuable experience in these key areas. In 2019, Lane was promoted to Sales Manager, where he continues to lead and drive success for the company.
Born and raised in Reno, Lane has deep roots in the community. He also spent two years in Tri-Cities, Washington, where he attended junior college and played junior hockey. Outside of work, Lane enjoys spending time with his wife Chelsea, their two children Landon and Jacob, and their dog Theo. When it comes to unwinding, Lane’s favorite drink is a Bud 40 oz.

Brian Clary | On Premise Sales Manager
Brian began his career with Morrey Distributing Company in 1998, initially joining the Marketing/Special Events Department. Over time, he expanded his expertise by taking charge of the On-Premise Sales and Marketing division. With extensive knowledge in On-Premise sales, corporate sponsorships, and contracts, Brian has become a key player in the beer industry.
In addition to managing On-Premise sales, Brian oversees all special events, consumer awareness, and education initiatives. He is also responsible for the Casino business across the greater Reno/Sparks area. Throughout his career, Brian has played a vital role in the growth and success of Morrey Distributing Company, providing leadership and guidance across multiple areas of the business.
A proud 3rd generation Nevadan, Brian was born in Las Vegas, NV, and has lived in the Reno area for over 40 years. He and his wife Jenara have two daughters, Tyra and Isabella, and are proud to call Northern Nevada home. When he's not working, Brian enjoys traveling across the country to watch his daughter play college softball. His favorite beer is Golden Road Mango Cart.
